Key Responsibilities
1. Manage caller’s issues through effective troubleshooting, listening, problem-solving, positive action, information gathering.
2. Investigate, research, replicate, test, and resolve customer issues.
Keeping clients informed of the status of cases, providing next steps and anticipated resolution times.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science.
3 to 5 years of experience providing support to end users in US IT Support Center.
Excellent Communication Skills in English.
Ability to work as per US working hours/247 environment.
